★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento horrível, péssima gestão e serviço ao cliente. comprei um produto quarta-feira 8/09/2021, tive custo com condução até a loja, o produto estava com defeito quando fui instalar. retornei hoje 11/09/2021 para efetuar a troca que estava dentro dos 7 dias estabelecidos pela loja, com cupom fiscal em mãos. não tinha o mesmo produto, foi me oferecido um com valor a maior de $1,00, irrisório e o mínimo que eu esperava da loja era que não precisasse custear esse valor já que eles não tinham o mesmo produto em estoque e eles já ganham muito mais que $1,00 por produto vendido, não é culpa minha a falta de abastecimento. novamente tive custo com locomoção e com o novo produto. não recomendo a ninguém.
horrible service, poor management and customer service. I bought a product on Wednesday 8/09/2021, I had cost of driving to the store, the product was defective when I went to install it. I returned today 11/09/2021 to make the exchange that was within the 7 days established by the store, with tax coupon in hand. I didn't have the same product, I was offered one with a value over $1.00, ridiculous and the least I expected from the store was that I wouldn't have to pay for this amount since they didn't have the same product in stock and they already earn a lot more than $1.00 per product sold, it's not my fault the lack of supply. again I had cost of transportation and the new product. do not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mim não ganharia nenhuma estrela, péssimo atendimento das operadoras de caixa, tive um problema com um produto defeituoso, e o prazo que a loja oferece é somente de 7 dias com o cupom, mas isso não está no código de defesa do consumidor, tive uma dor de cabeça, um transtorno, ativei o Procon pq além deles não fazerem o procedimento correto da troca, nem nota fiscal eles disponibilizam pro consumidor, o pior foi o deboche com que as duas operadoras me trataram, enfim, pra encurtar a história, péssimo, horrível atendimento, não costumo tratar ninguém do jeito que elas me trataram desde o início, eu como já trabalhei com o público sei como é e posso falar pq agora sou consumidora.
Fica aqui meu descontentamento, minha indignação e minha opinião sobre a Casa de ferragens São José.
