★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é raso e terrivel. Tem muito mais cliente que funcionário ao menos no dia que fui. A linha de produtos de diversas marcas é bem escassa. Fui a duas lojas deles na Zona Norte e por fim recorri a Leroy que Claro tinha os produtos.
 The service is shallow and terrible. There are many more customers than employees, at least on the day I went. The product line of several brands is very scarce. I went to two of their stores in the North Zone and finally I turned to Leroy who Claro had the products.

Bem localizada e com amplo estacionamento em frente a loja com vagas alinhadas uma ao lado da outra, dificilmente você não encontrará uma vaga. A loja é bem organizada, atende os requisitos quanto a prevenção e cuidados com o Covid-19. Utiliza o sistema de senha para atendimento a qual é exibida no painel frontal. Os funcionários são atenciosos, orientam e sugerem produtos que melhor se adequam as suas necessidades. Os preços são bons e trabalham com marcas e fabricantes de todos os níveis, dando oportunidade para que o cliente adquira o produto que cabe no seu bolso. I have been consuming the products of this store for decades, in fact it was a pioneer in the region. Well located and with ample parking in front of the store with spaces lined up next to each other, you will hardly find a space. The store is well organized, meets the requirements for prevention and care with Covid-19. Uses the password system for service which is displayed on the front panel. The staff are attentive, guide and suggest products that best suit your needs. Prices are good and work with brands and manufacturers of all levels, giving the customer the opportunity to purchase the product that fits in their pocket.
