Precisei de uma cotação por telefone e disseram que só fariam na loja, não possuem loja online. Nos dias atuais é inadmissível fazer orçamento e compras somente presencial. Infelizmente perdem venda com essa atitude.
Terrible, they need to improve the service a lot, they are twenty years ago, needing to adapt to the present. I needed a quote over the phone and they said they would only do it in the store, they don't have an online store. Nowadays it is unacceptable to make budgets and purchases only in person. Unfortunately they lose sales with this attitude.
