2. A loja eh ótima! Entendem tudo sobre o tratamento de superfícies antes da aplicação da tinta. Os funcionários são mto atenciosos em instruir sobre o procedimento.
 1. DO NOT CONTRACT NETO (SEBASTIAO RODRIGUES NETO), SINK WITH MY TOOLS, ABANDONED THE WORK, DISAPPEARED WITH MONEY AND I AM WITH THE GREATEST LOSS !!!!! IF HE APPEARS WITH THE HISTORY OF CHANGING THE WATER COLUMN IN THE BUILDING, DO NOT CONTRACT !!! DO NOT FALL INTO THIS !!!!
2. The store is great! They understand everything about surface treatment before applying paint. Staff are very attentive in instructing you about the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra relativamente grande de materiais de pintura para uma obra num conjunto comercial e eles deixaram o material na portaria, se negaram a levar até o conjunto, me causando problemas com o condomínio e me obrigando a deslocar um funcionário apenas para subir o material. Se houvessem me avisado com antecedência sobre este procedimento, não teria feito a compra.
I made a relatively large purchase of painting materials for a work in a commercial complex and they left the material at the entrance, refused to take it to the complex, causing me problems with the condominium and forcing me to move an employee just to upload the material. If I had been notified in advance about this procedure, I would not have made the purchase.

Acabei de sair da loja, fui sozinha pra comprar tinta para pintar meu apartamento inteiro, um vendedor super mal educado me atendeu, nao quis nem me mostrar a paleta de cores que queria, porque,segundo ele, era muito caro! Infelizmente em alguns lugares ainda é muito complicado parar uma mulher sozinha conseguir comprar determinadas coisas.
Too bad! I just left the store, I went alone to buy paint to paint my entire apartment, a super rude salesman attended to me, he didn't even want to show me the color palette I wanted, because, according to him, it was very expensive! Unfortunately in some places it is still very difficult to stop a woman alone from being able to buy certain things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito bem organizada e conta com uma equipe de profissionais muito atenciosos e competentes. Não tem o melhor preço do mercado mas é bem razoável neste quesito. Recomendo com certeza.
Store very well organized and has a team of very attentive and competent professionals. It doesn't have the best price on the market but it's very reasonable in this regard. Definitely recommend.

Tinha 5 itens para comprar. Telefonei para saber o preço para mandar o dinheiro para meu funcionário ir na loja comprar, mas o atendente Cícero depois do 3° item começou a me esculachar, foi grosseiro e desligou o telefone. Lamentável!!
What a pity. I've been well taken care of at other times in the past, but things have changed!
I had 5 items to buy. I called to find the price to send the money to my employee to go to the store to buy, but the attendant Cicero after the 3rd item started to scold me, was rude and hung up the phone. Unfortunate!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que ligo na loja a pedido da arquiteta , primeiro falei com a atendente , depois ela me transferiu para o vendedor Marcos falei com ele que tinha um perdido grande de produtos e se ele poderia anotar meu número para me chamar no whatsapp , para me encaminhar a lista de 10 itens ,ele falou que era para anotar o da loja o mesmo me respondeu que não daria ele estava muito ocupado, falei com ele Marcos estou na rua não tenho caneta para anotar o wattssap da loja .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento o vendedor que me atendeu muito simpático e atencioso, tirou minhas dúvidas e me deu ótima solução para meu problema. No geral gostei muito da loja, nem parece depósito de materiais para construção, parabéns Casa Toni.
