Me senti bem aconchegante e além disso, muito bem atendida por todos. Ainda ganhei descontinho pagando à vista. Nada substitui o calor humano nas relações comerciais.

I felt very cozy and in addition, very well attended by everyone. I even got a discount by paying in cash. Nothing replaces human warmth in business relationships.

The store always has the product I need, but the customer service is lacking.... the salespeople don't pay attention... you wait hours while they talk to each other and don't prioritize customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única coisa que eu queria era o mosquetão alemão, e só tinha enorme. Era o único lugar na cidade que tinha esse tipo de mosquetão. Eu queria o mosquetão menor, mas é o que tem pra hoje.
The only thing I wanted was the German carabiner, and it was just huge. It was the only place in town that had that kind of carabiner. I wanted the smaller carabiner, but that's what you have for today.
