★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um favor pra trocar meu bebe de 9 meses , caso de urgência o bebê estava todo sujo ele foi super ignorante e não pode seder um espacinho pra poder trocar , já que estávamos na loja comprando vários itens , poderia ter sido mais humano já que se trata de um bebê
I needed a favor to change my 9 month old baby , in case of emergency the baby was all dirty he was super ignorant and can not have a little space to change , since we were in the store buying several items , it could have been more human since it's about a baby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou completamente chocada e decepcionada com a loja casa e vídeo em Ipatinga...hj estive lá e os funcionários gritando na loja fazendo arrumação. Um que estava no fundo gritava com o outro que estava na frente da loja.
Todos os caixas aglomerado batendo papo e eu lá na fila esperando eles acabaram de bater papo e dar gargalhadas, a ponto de vir um dos colega da frente e chamar atenção pra que eu fosse atendida.
E como se não bastasse, a moça do caixa me ofereceu uma garantia estendida e eu não quis e ela fez cara feia e me tratou com descaso. Confesso que já fui em outras cidades e o atendimento é completamente diferente pra melhor.
Outro detalhe...loja muito tumultuada e bagunçada.
I'm completely shocked and disappointed with the home and video store in Ipatinga...I was there now and the employees screaming at the store cleaning up. One at the back yelled at the one at the front of the store.
All the cashiers clustered together chatting and me there in the queue waiting for them, they finished chatting and laughing, to the point where one of the colleagues at the front came and called attention to me for assistance.
And as if that wasn't enough, the cashier offered me an extended warranty and I didn't want to and she scowled and treated me with contempt. I confess that I've been to other cities and the service is completely different for the better.
Another detail...very tumultuous and messy store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima fui trocar um produto estava no prazo de troca eles não trocaram. Funcionária do caixa mais educada com falta de interesse em resolver o problema .Não volto mais nem indico.
Terrible I went to exchange a product it was within the exchange deadline they did not exchange it. More polite cashier with a lack of interest in solving the problem. I won't be back or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou 2 estrelas pq o pessoa da loja fica te seguindo sem descrição nenhuma. Quando fui lá cm minha sogra ficaram do lado observando pra ver se iríamos pegar algo e não pagar, não ofereceram ajuda e pasmem eu tava cm cm uma carteira na mão e minha sogra estava cm uma bolsa pequena que não caberia nem um espremedor de limão.
I give 2 stars because the person in the store is following you without any description. When I went there, my mother-in-law was at the side watching to see if we were going to get something and not pay, they didn't offer help and amazingly I had a wallet in my hand and my mother-in-law was in a small bag that wouldn't even fit a lemon squeezer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito estranha não tem nem um vendedor pra te auxiliar, segundo o funcionário do caixa, é auto atendimento, mas e quando o produto está preso na vitrine? E quando não tem preço? Não recomendo.
Very strange store doesn't even have a salesperson to help you, according to the cashier, it's self service, but what about when the product is stuck in the window? And when it's priceless? I do not recommend.
