â â â â â Atendimento muito ruim, nĂŁo sabem informar nada e quando informam informam errado, estou tendo dor de cabeça por causa disso, balconistas despreparados, recebo uma informação no meu e mail e quando chego na loja a informação Ă© outra, meu produto deu faturado fui buscar na loja a gerente me disse que nĂŁo tinha nenhuma informação no computador da loja, comunicação pĂ©ssima, atendimento muitĂssimo ruim, sĂł e bom na hora da compra, pĂłs venda uma lĂĄstima! Se eu pudesse nĂŁo dava estrela nenhuma.
Very bad service, they don't know how to report anything and when they report they report wrong, I'm having a headache because of it, unprepared clerks, I receive information in my e-mail and when I arrive at the store the information is different, my product was invoiced, I went to get it at the store the manager told me that she had no information on the store's computer, very bad communication, very bad service, only good at the time of purchase, a pity after sale!
