★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estive quinta-feira(19/11/2020) na Casa&Video Guarapari, em relação a loja, tem variedade de produtos, bem organizada, ambiente climatizado. Em relação ao atendimento, precisa de melhor treinamento. Fui abordada pela funcionária, oferecendo o cartão da loja, o que é positivo, mas a forma de abordagem e a insistência em ser feito o cartão, é constrangedor. Então, peguei um filtro de água, que encaixa na torneira e perguntei a funcionária, se servia para qualquer torneira ou deveria ser apenas torneira da marca. Recebi "não sei" como resposta, a funcionária virou as costas e retirou-se. Insatisfação total com o atendimento da loja. Por isso, 1 estrela.
I went to Casa & Video Guarapari on Thursday (19/11/2020), in relation to the store, it has a variety of products, well organized, air-conditioned. Regarding service, you need better training. I was approached by the employee, offering the store card, which is positive, but the approach and the insistence on making the card is embarrassing. So, I took a water filter, which fits on the tap and asked the employee, if it could be used for any tap or should it be just a brand tap. I received "I don't know" as an answer, the employee turned her back and left. Total dissatisfaction with store service. So 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa & Vídeo eu ia de Guarapari a Vila Velha para comprar mas há uns meses já tem aqui, inclusive mais uma loja no Centro de Guarapari. Fui ao ExtraCenter, alí ao ladinho do SESC, para comprar um telefone celular de 99,90, acredite, isso mesmo, daqueles baratinhos. Isto porque vou viajar e nao quero levar o meu caro e se eu for roubado na viagem, ficar no prejuízo. Comprei esse na Casa & Vídeo e estou satisfeito, mas um tanto preocupado. Vai que me roubam e o ladrão vê que é um celular baratinho e me enche de porrada? Dizem que o barato sai caro... Bom, a vendedora me disse que vendeu 2 desse mesmo celular ontem para uma empresa que dá esses aparelhos para o motoboy do delivery usar; é só pro motoboy ligar e receber chamada da central. Ela contou que um pedreiro comprou pra usar no trabalho, que comprar por 99,90 justifica para essas pessoas, porque é pra trabalhar. No.meu caso vou passear em São Lourenço MG e nao quero levar meu celular top. Vou levar o Lennox de 99,90... Quando eu voltar vou pensar no que fazer com ele. Nossa, mas já vi que é complicado usar o celular de 99,90... tem que ficar buscando o negócio, nao tem icones reunidos na tela pra apertar e já abrir. Depois que a gente tem esses digital usar esse de 99 90 é muito estressante. Bem, quanto a Casa & Vídeo a vendedora fez muito bom atendimento, ela me disse que esse celular baratinho não é como o digital da Samsung ou LG, tem que apertar aqui, apertar ali, ir caçando os bagulho. Ela me explicou, saí da loja esclarecido. E economisei 15 reais pra ir, 15 reais pra voltar da Viação Alvorada, fora pegar o vírus dentro do ônibus no trajeto Guarapari-Vila Velha.
