They don't answer the phone, don't take questions in person. I went to this store more than once and I confess that I am going somewhere else today but I will not return to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação a loja ao lado do Coronel Picanha. Funcionários solícitos e muito bons no que fazem. Só lamento aos sábados fecharem muito cedo (meio dia) pois geralmente é nesse dia que mais precisamos . Deviam fechar às 13:00 pelo menos. Já passei aperto duas vezes durante uma reforma por causa desse horário de fechamento tão cedo.
Regarding the shop next to Colonel Picanha. Staff are helpful and very good at what they do. I only regret Saturdays closing very early (noon) because it is usually on that day that we need it most. They were supposed to close at 1:00 PM at least. I've already had to squeeze twice during a makeover because of that closing time so early.

Não trocaram, não se prontificaram a consertar e o Cláudio Oliveira que me vendeu ainda me bloqueou no WhatsApp para não ouvir reclamações! Lamentável! Tomem cuidado! Índole discutível das pessoas que trabalham nessa loja!
I bought a TV BOX there I paid 280.00 lasted 3 Months and the device burned! They didn't change, they didn't offer to fix it and Cláudio Oliveira who sold me still blocked me on WhatsApp to not hear any complaints! Unfortunate! Be careful! Arguable nature of the people who work in that store!
