Após a compra, acabamos por ver os comentários negativos e também as reclamações no site do Reclame Aqui. Ficamos com muito receio e agora no fim do mês (25/05) entramos em contato com a loja pois estava próximo ao prazo de 30 dias de entrega que nos informaram em loja, mas também nos deixaram cientes que o período máximo poderia ser em 45 dias. Dito isto, ao ligar na loja, quem nos atendeu foi a Angélica que foi super educada e nos direcionou para a Rita, responsável geral pelo depósito, relacionamento e gestão dos Pedidos para entrega. Após desligar o telefone, em 10 minutos a Rita nos ligou e foi super solicita informando sobre os ocorridos e negativações do Google e nos confortando com a informação que nosso sofá já estava disponível para entrega. Ficamos muito contentes pelo pronto atendimento e toda educação e sinceridade que a Rita nos passou. Pois bem, hoje 01/06, conforme combinamos com a Rita (que também nos deixou seu whatsapp) foi entregue nosso sofá, no tamanho e na cor/material que compramos.
Dito isto, entendo que as Empresas podem ter problemas, mas vale lembrar que passamos e ainda estamos passando por uma pandemia, então todas as Fabricas tendem a ter problema com entrega dos produtos. Cabe a comprador, negociar de boa Fé e não partir para a ignorância. A Rita foi tão bem educada e honesta que só temos a recomendar ela e os vendedores da Casa Actual. Vale a pena. Produto muito lindo, atendimento e entrega muito bem organizados.
Como ultimo adendo, os entregadores foram muito educados e organizados. Entregaram o produto e limparam todas as sujeirinhas que acabam ficando no chão ao tirar da embalagem.
Por fim, se tem algum receio da Loja, recomendo ir, conversar com a Angélica ou Luiz Carlos (nosso vendedor). Vão ser muito bem atendidos!

 I bought the Sofa on 05/05/21.
After the purchase, we ended up seeing the negative comments and also the complaints on the Reclame Aqui website. We were very afraid and now at the end of the month (05/25) we contacted the store as it was close to the 30-day delivery period that they informed us at the store, but they also made us aware that the maximum period could be 45 days. That said, when we called the store, Angelica was the one who answered us, who was very polite and directed us to Rita, who is responsible for the warehouse, relationship and management of orders for delivery. After hanging up the phone, in 10 minutes Rita called us and was super solicited informing us about the events and negatives from Google and comforting us with the information that our sofa was already available for delivery. We were very happy with the prompt service and all the politeness and sincerity that Rita gave us. Well, today 06/01, as we agreed with Rita (who also left us her whatsapp), our sofa was delivered, in the size and color/material we bought.
That said, I understand that Companies may have problems, but it is worth remembering that we have and are still going through a pandemic, so all Factories tend to have problems with product delivery. It is up to the buyer to negotiate in good faith and not go into ignorance. Rita was so polite and honest that we can only recommend her and the sellers at Casa Actual. Worth it. Very beautiful product, service and delivery very well organized.
As a last addendum, the delivery guys were very polite and organized. They delivered the product and cleaned all the dirt that ends up on the floor when unpacking.
Finally, if you have any fears about the Store, I recommend going and talking to Angélica or Luiz Carlos (our salesperson). They will be very well attended!

Tive acesso às informações negativas e meu esposo até questionou o proprietário no dia da compra . Ele foi muito convincente alegando ter tido problema com prazos mas que agora trabalhava com prazos contratuais bem longos para surpreender o cliente com entregas antecipadas . Doce ilusão ! Atraso e descaso ! Você liga na loja e o vendedor simplesmente diz que não é com ele ! Manda você resolver com a expedição ! Lá elas super educadas , concordam que você tem razão de estar chateada, alegam sempre estar tentando falar com o fornecedor e que irão retornar em 15min. O cliente que espere sentado pois esses 15 minutos não passam de mais uma promessa pra se livrar do cliente . Nunca retornam ! São Educadas porém mentem para o cliente alegando que estão com demanda grande ! Claro , deve haver dezenas de clientes que como eu se iludiram ! Nunca mais passo nem na porta ! Comprei sofá mesa e cadeiras ! Até agora sem previsão de quando terei as cadeiras e uma promessa questionável sobre quando receberei os demais itens . Oferecem cadeiras emprestadas ! Isso mesmo ! Não entregam o que você compra no praZo prometido e oferecem essa solução palhativa. Daí você não tem outra opção senão a de aceitar .
I haven't received my items yet and I know they won't meet the agreed deadline! More than 60 days I bought it! I had access to negative information and my husband even questioned the owner on the day of purchase. He was very convincing claiming that he had a problem with deadlines but that he was now working with very long contractual deadlines to surprise the customer with early deliveries. Sweet illusion! Delay and neglect! You call the store and the seller simply says it's not him! Tells you to solve it with the expedition! There they are super polite, agree that you are right to be upset, claim they are always trying to talk to the supplier and that they will return in 15 minutes. The customer who waits sitting down because these 15 minutes are just another promise to get rid of the customer. Never return! They are polite but lie to the customer claiming that they are in great demand! Of course, there must be dozens of customers like me who were deluded! Never step in the door again! I bought sofa, table and chairs! So far no prediction of when I'll get the chairs and a questionable promise about when I'll get the rest of the items. They offer borrowed chairs! That's right ! They don't deliver what you buy within the promised time frame and offer this cluttered solution. Then you have no option but to accept.
