★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Supermercado está com problema sério de gestão. A orientação agora é que não pode reforçar a sacola. A moça do caixa colocou um monte de aimpim e outros legumes em uma sacola só. Pedi a ela que colocasse dentro de outra sacola, pois não iria aguentar o peso. Ela falou que é proibido reforçar a sacola. Após eu falar que era para cancelar a compra ela dividiu o peso em duas sacolas. É por essa e outras situações que os clientes estão passando a comprar em outro supermercado. Gosto do preço do supermercado, mas é cada mancada que espanta qualquer cliente.
The supermarket has a serious management problem. The orientation now is that you cannot reinforce the bag. The cashier put a bunch of cassava and other vegetables in one bag. I asked her to put it in another bag, as it wouldn't hold the weight. She said that it is forbidden to reinforce the bag. After I told her to cancel the purchase, she divided the weight into two bags. It is for this and other situations that customers are starting to buy at another supermarket. I like the supermarket price, but it's every blunder that scares any customer away.
