Primeiro que a adm da empresa fica a quilometros de distância de onde vc trabalhar, o que dificulta em muito a sua comunicação com a mesma. Depois que vc tem que exercer funções diversas, o que aponto como desviu de profissão, se quiser ir embora pra casa. Quando não o faz é visto pelos colegas de trabalho como preguiçoso e não faz o perfil da empresa e do gestor, que hora e outra está sempre exigindo que você sempre esteja pronto para assumir horários e responsabilidade que não são suas. Se fosse vc ficaria atento quanto a definição antecipada de sua rotina de trabalho, pois comigo foi extremamente desencorajadoura. Por tanto, minha avaliação é péssima!
