Precisávamos fechar o hotel com ela, mas ela não atende telefone, não responde WhatsApp e muitas vezes os e-mails também ficam sem retorno. Informações incompletas e total falta de atenção, muitas vezes respondendo com grosseria. Desorganizado: você paga na data ou antes, envia comprovantes e dois dias depois ela está te cobrando.
No dia do evento, notamos que a florista não levou os arranjos de cabeça das daminhas, cerca de 1h30 antes do início da cerimônia. Ao falar com ela, ouvi que isso não era a prioridade dela e que se sobrasse tempo, iria providenciar algo, o que não fez. As daminhas ficaram sem arranjo de cabelo (as mães improvisaram com Ramos de eucalipto da decoração das mesas)...
Na entrada das daminhas, ela não organizou as crianças, cujos pais estavam todos no altar...
Ela gritava tanto com os funcionários do hotel que dava pra ouvir de dentro do bangalô onde as madrinhas faziam o cabelo... muito grosseira!!
Quando a noiva entrou no altar, não havia ninguém da assessoria para pegar seu buquê, dar um lenço para enxugar as lágrimas e em metade da cerimônia quem arrumou a calda do vestido foi uma das madrinhas, pois não havia ninguém ali pra fazer isso. Detalhes que a noiva talvez nem tenha percebido, emocianada com o seu momento <3, mas que fazem diferenciação entre um bom e um mau profissional.
Foi uma cerimônia lindíssima! Mas com certeza, não graças à assessoria.

Incomplete information and total lack of attention, often responding rudely. Disorganized: you pay on the date or before, send receipts and two days later she is charging you.
On the day of the event, we noticed that the florist did not take the arrangements of the flower heads, about 1h30 before the beginning of the ceremony. When I spoke to her, I heard that this was not her priority and that if there was time left over, she would provide something, which she did not do. The little girls were left with no hair arrangement (the mothers improvised with eucalyptus branches for the decoration of the tables) ...
At the entrance of the daminhas, she did not organize the children, whose parents were all at the altar ...
She screamed so much at the hotel staff that I could hear it from inside the bungalow where the godmothers did their hair ... very rude !!
When the bride entered the altar, there was no one from the staff to pick up her bouquet, give her a handkerchief to wipe away tears, and halfway through the ceremony, who arranged the dress's tail was one of the bridesmaids, as there was no one there to do that. Details that the bride may not have even noticed, thrilled with her moment <3, but that differentiate between a good and a bad professional.
It was a beautiful ceremony! But for sure, not thanks to the advice.
