★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na sexta dia 01/10 fui com duas amigas a noite no Casarão, sempre frequentei o estabelecimento e recomentava, mas infelizmente fui extremamente mal atendida. No momento eu só possuia uma nota de valor alto e o atendente simplesmente não quis me vender, dizendo que aquele valor ele não teria troco então não poderia me vender. Minhas amigas que já haviam pagado no cartão e estavam se servindo também ficaram chateada.
Seria uma situação facilmente resolvida se não fosse pela grosseria do vendedor que falou e repetiu que não poderia me vender. Se tivesse sido educado eu poderia ter tentado trocar o dinheiro ou até mesmo pedido para alguma amiga pagar naquele momento. Mas sua falta de educação só me convenceu a nunca mais pisar no estabelecimento, assim como minhas amigas e minha família também fará.
On the Friday 01/10 I went with two friends to the night at the Casarão, I always frequented the establishment and recommended it, but unfortunately I was extremely poorly attended. At the time I only had a high-value note and the attendant simply didn't want to sell me, saying that he wouldn't have change for that amount so he couldn't sell me. My friends who had already paid on the card and were helping themselves were also upset.
It would have been an easily resolved situation if it weren't for the rudeness of the salesperson who spoke up and repeated that he couldn't sell me. If I had been polite I could have tried to change the money or even asked a friend to pay at that time. But her lack of education only convinced me to never set foot in the establishment again, just as my friends and family will too.
