★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caracas! Quanto disco! Os funcionários estão sempre apostos para lhe ajudar mas te deixam a vontade para pesquisar. Utilizam preço tabelado para os exemplares a venda, tem muito disco divididos em 4 grandes salas distintas. Também é possível encontrar alguns CDs na loja. Se quiser, pode testar o exemplar lá na hora, tem sempre um som rolando na loja. se você for um bom cliente, eles deixam você escolher sua trilha sonora enquanto vasculha a loja.
 damn! How much disk! The staff are always ready to help you but leave you free to do your research. They use a fixed price for the copies for sale, there is a lot of disc divided into 4 large different rooms. You can also find some CDs in the store. If you want, you can test the copy right there, there's always a sound going on in the store. if you're a good customer, they'll let you choose your soundtrack as you browse the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desapontada com o casarão. Costumava comprar na loja física, onde sempre fui bem atendida e o espaço é agradável.
As duas estrelas se referem ao "atendimento online". Se você se propõe a vender online, deve ao menos responder aqueles que se interessam pelo produto ou simplesmente não venda. Fui ignorada diversas vezes pelo Instagram. Fazem a oferta dos discos e quando nos interessamos e mandamos mensagem, nem pra dizer JA FOI VENDIDO, não queremos te vender ou seja lá o que for.
Isso aconteceu com outras pessoas com quem entrei em contato pelos comentários.
Não adianta vir responder todo nervosinho meu review (pq agora não quero resposta nenhuma), apenas melhorem.
Deixei de seguir.
Não tentem comprar online, não vale perder tempo. Você vai ser 100% ignorado!

I'm disappointed in the mansion. I used to buy in the physical store, where I was always well attended and the space is pleasant.
The two stars refer to "online service". If you propose to sell online, you should at least respond to those who are interested in the product or simply don't sell. I was ignored several times by Instagram. They make the offer of the records and when we are interested and send a message, not even to say IT HAS BEEN SOLD, we don't want to sell you or whatever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitar o Casarão do Vinil é uma experiência bem nostálgica! Tem muito disco!!!! É bom vir com calma para apreciar os vários cômodos! E pra quem tem alergia o ideal é reforçar a máscara, porque a rinite vai ficar atacada!!! Hahhahaha... Pra quem é fã de música boa vale a pena! Em agosto de 2021 os preços estavam a partir de R$30,00. Não esqueçam de pedir o desconto!!! Vida longa ao vinil!!!
Visiting Casarão do Vinil is a very nostalgic experience! It has a lot of discs!!!! It's good to come calmly to enjoy the various rooms! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many many many records. If you looking for rarities and finds at cheap prices, it's possible, but you need to put in work. At least 4 hours or more. Monday is a good day to hit cause they restock and you might have the shop to yourself. Speaking portuguese is recommended.
