★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente agendaram a visita e desmarcaram em cima da hora e depois ligaram novamente pedindo que fosse correndo no local do imóvel pois o mesmo estava disponível. Gostamos do AP e iniciamos as negociações. Entre uma tratativa e outra, muita demora no retorno, na maioria das vezes ligávamos pra ter alguma posição pois parecia que o assunto simplesmente morria. Exigiram um absurdo de documentação, coisa que nunca me pediram em outros aluguéis e nós também nunca pedimos, pois temos apartamento alugado, enfim, após mais de 3 semanas nessa de negociar e esperar retorno por parte da imobiliária, eles me ligam e dizem que o locatário simplesmente desistiu da locação porque pedimos pra que ele retirasse a cama que estava no quarto do casal, oi? Me explica como pode uma imobiliária apresentar imóvel que o dono não tem certeza se quer alugar?? Será que alguém perde meses de receita com aluguel porque não quer retirar uma cama de casal? Faltou clareza nos argumentos, faltou organização!! Péssima tratativa na negociação entre locador e locatário.

First, they scheduled the visit and deselected at the last minute and then called again asking for it to run on the property because it was available. We like the AP and started negotiations. Between one negotiation and another, a lot of delay in the return, most of the time we called to have a position because it seemed that the matter simply died. They demanded absurd documentation, something they never asked me for in other rentals and we never asked either, because we have a rented apartment, after all, after more than 3 weeks of negotiating and waiting for a return from the real estate company, they call me and say that the tenant simply gave up the lease because we asked him to remove the bed that was in the couple's room, hi? Explain to me how can a real estate company present property that the owner is not sure if he wants to rent ?? Does anyone lose months of rental income because they don't want to remove a double bed? The arguments lacked clarity, lacked organization !! Bad deal in negotiation between lessor and lessee.
I will recommend real estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, vendi meu imóvel em financiamento e fui até a Casarão para dar um sinal em um imóvel. Corretora falou que teríamos que alugar o imóvel para reservar, e que caso o financiamento do meu não desse certo, eu teria que pagar só metade da multa do aluguel pois proprietária era compreensiva. Mentira, o financiamento do meu imóvel não deu certo e agora sou obrigado a pagar pela multa de um aluguel que nunca usufruí. Corretora o tempo todo dizia que estava saindo da imobiliária e que se caso meu negócio desse certo avisar apenas a ela, comportamento totalmente anti profissional da corretora e da imobiliária.
Bad experience, I sold my property in financing and went to Casarão to give a down payment on a property. Lies, the financing of my property did not work and now I am forced to pay the fine for a rent that I never enjoyed. Broker all the time said that I was leaving the real estate company and that if my business worked out I would only warn her, totally unprofessional behavior by the broker and real estate company.
