★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente simples, equipamentos foram renovados recentemente porém alguns continuam antigos. O instrutor é bem atencioso mas tem que correr para a demanda de todos os alunos, o atendimento na porta e outras funções. Custo benefício bom.
Simple environment, equipment was recently renovated but some are still old. The instructor is very attentive but has to run to the demands of all the students, the service at the door and other functions. Good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é simples mas tem um ótimo custo benefício na região. Tem os profissionais auxiliando para quem precisa, alguns aparelhos são mais antigos só que nada impede um treino de qualidade, quem quer faz a hora não espera acontecer. Já treino há alguns meses e recomendo!
The gym is simple but has a great cost-benefit ratio in the region. There are professionals helping those who need it, some devices are older, but nothing prevents quality training, those who want to take the time don't expect it to happen. I've been training for a few months and I recommend it!
