A empresa terceirizada marca para de ir a casa do consumidor para montar o móvel q foi pago inclusive a montagem incluso no preço total da compra. A empresa tem um telefone robo/ gravação que não deixa a possibilidade de falar com pessoa física. Uma piada... devolvi as compras para a casas Bahia estornado a compra para nunca mais comprar. Foram dois dias de espera para nada. Falta total de respeito com o consumidor.
A SHAME AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM WITH THE CONSUMER related to the company q casas Bahia outsources for the assembly of furniture in the customer's home.
The outsourced company stops going to the consumer's house to assemble the furniture that was paid, including the assembly, included in the total purchase price. The company has a robot/recording phone that does not allow the possibility of talking to an individual. A joke... I returned the purchases to Casa Bahia, voiding the purchase and never buying again. It took two days of waiting for nothing. Total lack of respect for the consumer.
