Elevador em manutenção e grades no caminho de passagem!!!
Os fundos da loja estava com as portas fechadas, e tivemos que passar por um corredor lateral para ter acesso a loja, neste corredor tinha as grades da loja e meu pai é deficiente visual, a vareta guia dele enroscou em uma das grades e foi difícil para ele conseguir se localizar para sair dali sem a minha ajuda ele não iria conseguir sair (um deficiente visual ou cadeirante não consegue passar ali sozinho).
No final tivemos que subir para o primeiro andar e o elevador estava em manutenção e ele teve que subir as escadas com a maior dificuldade ( ELE É DEFICIENTE VISUAL)
Mais atenção ao público que precisa de acessibilidade!
Acessibilidade é um direito do consumidor!

The back of the store had its doors closed, and we had to go through a side aisle to access the store, in this aisle there were the bars of the store and my father is visually impaired, his guide rod screwed into one of the bars and it was difficult for him to be able to locate himself to leave without my help he would not be able to leave (a visually impaired person or a wheelchair cannot pass there alone).
In the end we had to go up to the first floor and the elevator was undergoing maintenance and he had to climb the stairs with the greatest difficulty (HE IS VISUALLY DEFICIENT)
More attention to the public that needs accessibility!
Accessibility is a consumer right!
