Negaram-se a atender o telefone para confirmar a compra, e fizeram minha mãe e irmã passarem por constrangimento na loja. Com certeza, nunca mais compro nessa loja !
Poor service, I made the request as present in the CPF of the person presented, through the app, and during the withdrawal they denied delivery, as it was paid with the card. They refused to answer the phone to confirm the purchase, and made my mother and sister go through embarrassment at the store. For sure, I will never buy from this store again!
