★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima mal atendimento me venderam um produto novo na caixa porque deixei bem claro que não queria mostruário paguei tudo certinho no débito na hora de retirar o produto no andar acima me falaram que o produto estava reservado a uma vendedora e que eu teria que levar mostruário resultado vou ter que esperar dias até o extorno no cartão
 Very bad service they sold me a new product in the box because I made it very clear that I did not want to showcase I paid everything right in debit when it was time to pick up the product upstairs they told me that the product was reserved for a salesperson and that I would have to take it with the result I will have to wait days until the card is paid off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. A loja estava vazia, fui retirar um produto e os funcionários fazendo as coisas super devagar. Detalhe que eu liguei antes de retirar o produto e o cara disse que daria para retirar em 20 minutos. Mas não deu e tive que gastar com estacionamento.
Terrible. The store was empty, I went to pick up a product and the employees were doing things super slowly. Detail that I called before removing the product and the guy said he would be able to remove it in 20 minutes. But it didn't work and I had to spend on parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebeu uma estrela por ter um monte de vendedor sem ninguém para comprar e 2 funcionários para um monte de gente que quer pagar. Ficamos parecendo carniça no meio dos urubus, vc põe o pé na loja vem aquele monte de vendedor encima. E pasmem há uma fila enorme para pagamento. Somente 2 funcionários para atender todos. Ficamos horas na fila. Só não dou zero, pois lembro do atendimento do passado e tenho pena. Indignada, pois sou cliente desde o início e não acredito no que virou.
Received a star for having a bunch of salespeople with no one to buy and 2 employees for a bunch of people who want to pay. We look like carrion among the vultures, you set foot in the store and there's that bunch of salespeople on top. And behold there is a huge queue for payment. Only 2 employees to serve everyone. We stood in line for hours. I just don't give it zero, because I remember the service in the past and I'm sorry. Indignant, as I've been a customer since the beginning and I don't believe what it turned out to be.
