Essa demora me rendeu 30 min a mais e 8 reais de estacionamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, dia 24/05/2022, realizei a compra de um aparador de pelos da Philips no site da Casas Bahia por 113,90 através de pagamento via pix.
A opção de entrega que cadastrei foi retira rápida nas Casas Bahia do RioMar Kennedy, no bairro Presidente Kennedy em Fortaleza-CE.
Ao tentar retirar o produto, o atendente já veio do estoque com a caixa do produto, já com algumas avarias, e apenas o desembalou para que eu pudesse conferir o aparelho. Ao conferir, vi que havia um pelo na lâmina do aparelho e pedi a troca, pois havia comprado um produto novo. Então, o mesmo deu meia-volta e foi ao estoque. Ao retornar do estoque, supostamente com outro produto, mas, com uma caixa com as mesmas avarias da primeira e, novamente, com a caixa deslacrada. Na minha segunda conferência do produto, resolvi retirar a lâmina para inspecionar melhor, e estava repleta de pelos.
Na tentativa de contornar a situação, o atendente disse só havia 2 unidades do aparelho no estoque da loja e que ele havia mostrado a mim. Contudo, no sistema de estoque das Casas Bahia, consta o numero de unidades que estão em lojas, e o número de unidades que estão reservadas. No sistema, constava apenas 1 aparelho em loja e, 1 aparelho reservado. Ou seja, havia 1 aparelho em loja e estava reservado para mim, pois havia comprado pelo site.
Meu grande ponto que fez eu registrar a reclamação é tratar do atendente a todo instante tentar me ludibriar, trazendo um equipamento aberto, já usado; na minha negativa de receber o produto, simular que buscou outro e ainda mentir dizendo que havia dois produtos.
O gerente não estava presente na loja.
Não vou expor publicamente o nome do atendente, pois o objetivo é expor uma situação que aconteceu dentro de uma loja das Casas Bahia.

Today, 05/24/2022, I purchased a Philips hair trimmer on the Casas Bahia website for 113.90 through payment via pix.
The delivery option I registered was fast pick up at Casas Bahia do RioMar Kennedy, in Presidente Kennedy neighborhood in Fortaleza-CE.
When trying to remove the product, the attendant already came from the stock with the product box, already with some damages, and just unpacked it so I could check the device. When checking, I saw that there was a hair on the blade of the device and asked for an exchange, as I had bought a new product. Then he turned around and went to the store. Upon returning from stock, supposedly with another product, but with a box with the same damage as the first and, again, with the box unsealed. In my second product conference, I decided to remove the blade to inspect it better, and it was full of hairs.
In an attempt to get around the situation, the attendant said there were only 2 units of the device in the store's stock and that he had shown it to me. However, in the Casas Bahia inventory system, the number of units that are in stores and the number of units that are reserved are listed. In the system, there was only 1 device in store and 1 device reserved. That is, there was 1 device in store and it was reserved for me, as I had purchased it through the website.
My big point that made me register the complaint is to deal with the attendant at all times trying to deceive me, bringing an open equipment, already used; in my refusal to receive the product, pretending to look for another and still lying saying that there were two products.
The manager was not present at the store.
I will not publicly expose the name of the attendant, as the objective is to expose a situation that happened inside a Casas Bahia store.
