★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site, usando um cartão digital, para retirada na loja física, pessoal despreparado, mais de 30min para emissão de nota fiscal e tudo mais. Pior retirada de todas, por isso a americanas vende mais, lá é muito mais simples e rápido. Além de tudo ainda exigiram o cartão que realizei a compra para poder liberar o produto. Absurdo!
I made a purchase through the site, using a digital card, for withdrawal at the physical store, unprepared staff, more than 30 minutes to issue an invoice and everything else. Worst withdrawal of all, that's why the Americans sell more, it's much simpler and faster there. Furthermore, they also required the card I made the purchase in order to release the product. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei solicitando a segunda via do seguro ,fui muito mal atendido pela gerente que me mandou ir até umas das lojas, mas quando foi pra Compra a TV e fazerem o seguro não obtive nenhum problema tudo foi feito pelo whatsapp e agora que estou impossibilitado de ir até uma loja ela fala que não pode fazer nada.
Terrible service, I called asking for the second copy of the insurance, I was very badly assisted by the manager who told me to go to one of the stores, but when I went to Buy the TV and take out the insurance I didn't have any problems, everything was done by whatsapp and now that I'm unable to go to a store, she says she can't do anything.
