Já fazem 2 dias que fiz a devolução (que ficou um jogo de empurra empurra na loja) de 1 produto e ainda não reembolsaram o valor no meu cartão de crédito.
Edit: levou 2 dias para aparecer o estorno.
 I regret having bought at Casas Bahia, service leaves much to be desired.
It's been 2 days since I returned (which was a push and pull game in the store) of 1 product and they still haven't refunded the amount to my credit card.
Edit: It took 2 days for the chargeback to appear.

A gente liga na loja, sac, montadora e ninguém resolve nada .. Mais de uam semana tentando resolver o problema e nada .. Ligo, confirmo o agendamento (horário e tudo) mas ninguém aparece ..

Total lack of respect for their customers, especially the elderly! When it comes to selling, they make it easy, but when it's time to assemble, it's a total neglect. We call the store, sac, assembler and nobody solves anything .. More than a week trying to solve the problem and nothing .. I call, confirm the appointment (time and everything) but no one shows up ..
Disappointed with this company and store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja grande e com muita opção de eletrodomésticos, eletrônicos e móveis. O atendimento para adquirir o produto foi bom, mas para pagar havia apenas 2 caixas (ambos ocupados) e demoraram muito para atender. Eu iria desistir da compra, mas a vendedora acabou me atendendo no caixa.
Large store with a lot of choice of appliances, electronics and furniture. The service to purchase the product was good, but to pay there were only 2 cashiers (both busy) and they took a long time to answer. I was going to give up on the purchase, but the saleswoman ended up serving me at the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, a vendedora não conhecia o produto, na vdd nenhum vendedor de nenhum setor que visitei. Precisei pegar avaliação e informação dos produtos na internet, foram 3 horas pra fechar o pedido, sistema ruim e funcionários sem nenhuma vontade de ajudar a resolver problemas simples na hora de pagar.
Bad experience, the saleswoman did not know the product, in fact no salesperson in any sector I visited. I had to get product evaluation and information from the internet, it took 3 hours to close the order, bad system and employees with no desire to help solve simple problems when paying.
