★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, os vendedores quando vê que o produto que vc procura é barato somem, passamos por 3 vendedores, e tomem cuidado com o preço que está no mostruário e o preço que será cobrado no caixa, quando fomos aprovar o pedido o produto estava mais caro que no mostruário, por fim tivemos que ameaçar chamar o Procon, depois disso o produto ficou no preço de mostruário. O atendimento do caixa e retirada do produto precisa também ser melhorado. Muita demora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, gerentes muito mal educados. Tentei realizar uma troca de um produto, um celular. Fui na segunda passei a manhã inteira, para ouvir um simples "venha na quinta-feira às 11:30 da manhã que estará resolvido", e assim fiz fui no horário combinado, e estou chegando no exato momento em que escrevo. Um tremendo desrespeito com o consumidor, enfim espero que melhore por que da maneira que esta nao dá pra piorar.
Poor service, very rude managers. I tried to exchange a product, a cell phone. I went on Monday, I spent the whole morning, to hear a simple "come on Thursday at 11:30 am that will be resolved", and so I did it at the agreed time, and I am arriving at the exact moment I write.
