★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um guarda roupa dia 27/2/2022 esperei 9 dias pra entrega e mais 2 dias pra montar e ainda veio com a entrega das caixas repetidas falta de atenção com agente primeira vez e nunca mais.quwro estorno já.
 I bought a wardrobe on 2/27/2022 I waited 9 days for delivery and 2 more days to assemble and it still came with the delivery of repeated boxes lack of attention with agent the first time and never again.

I really like it...but the company has to pay more attention to the employees...there's a store that when the person arrives the employees are all on cell phones..i don't pay attention to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou arrependido de ter comprado lá, fiz uma compra pelo site de um aparelho celular de um modelo e me entregaram outro totalmente divergente do que paguei, demora pra ser entregue e quando chega vem errado, solicitei a troca e é mais espera ainda pra poder ser resolvido, sendo que um erro desse era pra ser corrigido o quanto antes com o cliente, deixei de ir em várias outras lojas sempre procurando o mais acessível e fazendo o maior esforço pra adquirir um produto que não é barato, vendo o custo de vida que está hoje não é fácil, só pra ter dor de cabeça e aquela apreensão todos os dias se será resolvido. Dependo do aparelho para trabalho e não pra luxo!
Um verdadeiro descaso e desrespeito com o cliente!
I regret having bought there, I made a purchase through the website of a cell phone of a model and they gave me another one totally different from what I paid for, it takes a long time to be delivered and when it arrives it comes wrong, I requested the exchange and it is even longer waiting to be able to be resolved, since an error like that was to be corrected as soon as possible with the customer, I stopped going to several other stores always looking for the most affordable and making the greatest effort to acquire a product that is not cheap, considering the cost of living that is not easy today, just to have a headache and that apprehension every day will be resolved. I depend on the device for work and not for luxury!
A real disregard and disrespect for the customer!
