★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei a vista, a loja cancelou minha compra, não ligou para dar satisfação dizer alguma coisa, só descobri que a compra foi cancelada no mesmo dia porque para perguntar quando seria entregue, pois já estava com atraso!!! Até agora aguardando posição da loja!
I paid in cash, the store canceled my purchase, didn't call to say anything, I only found out that the purchase was canceled on the same day because I had to ask when it would be delivered, because it was already late!!! So far waiting for the store's position!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pós venda é terrível, não atendem o telefone, não entregam na data informada. Liguei 22 vezes para loja e não tive sucesso. Precisei ir 3 vezes após a compra para resolver questões da entrega. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei sofa e armário de cozinha. O atendimento é VIP, o armador ficou meu chapa, o proprietário é gente fina, bom camarada. Recomendo vai lá pois os preços são ótimos e eles são o próprio fabricantes.
I bought a sofa and kitchen cabinet. The service is VIP, the owner was my friend, the owner is nice people, a good friend. I recommend going there because the prices are great and they are the manufacturers themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um climatizador no dia 14/12 o vendedor disse que entregaria até dia 22/12 quando cheguei em casa e fui olhar a nota c mais calma a entrega seria dia 30/12 porém o endereço para entrega digitaram errado, tentei ligar várias vezes ninguém atende, voltei novamente na loja pra concertar o erro deles, digitaram novamente errado. Quero cancelar a compra e me disseram que tenho que voltar na loja, só de combustível já gastei equivalente ao valor do produto,moral da história não tenho o produto ( porque não entregaram),e não cancelam a compra. Já acionei o Procon e tbm já fiz um BO.
I bought a climate control unit on 12/14 the seller said he would deliver until 12/22 when I got home and I went to look at the note c calmer the delivery would be 12/30 but the delivery address was typed wrong, I tried to call several times no one answer it, I went back to the store again to fix their error, they typed it wrong again. I want to cancel the purchase and they told me I have to go back to the store, I've spent only fuel equivalent to the value of the product, moral of the story I don't have the product (because they didn't deliver), and they don't cancel the purchase. I've already activated the Procon and I've already done a BO.
