★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa unidade, é péssima, parece uma outra rede, atendimento ridículo...desde o vendedor ao caixa, passando pelo meninão do estoque. A Rede deveria dar um treinamento para todos, isso para não se preciso renovar todo o quadro de funcionários, salvo, graças a Deus a senhora da faxina, a única educada nessa loja....nem parece ser da rede Casas Bahia...para boa deixar de entrar em todos as lojas, vá em outra unidade
This unit is terrible, it looks like another chain, ridiculous service... from the salesperson to the cashier, going through the stock boy. The Chain should provide training for everyone, so that the entire staff doesn't have to be renewed, except, thank God, the cleaning lady, the only polite one in this store.... she doesn't even seem to be from the Casas Bahia chain... for good stop entering all stores, go to another unit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem fui na loja, só entrei pagar contas, loja física hoje em dia nem serve pra muita coisa, com perdão aos trabalhadores dessas lojas.
I didn't even go to the store, I just went in to pay bills, physical store nowadays doesn't even serve much, with forgiveness to the workers of these stores.
