★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não foi boa a experiência!! O vendedor Fernando ludibriou a minha esposa na hora da venda; faltou transparência. O mesmo omitiu a informação que a venda estava sendo realizada através do site. E não queríamos fazer a compra através de site, por isso fomos até a loja física. Minha esposa solicitou pra passar o cartão e ele falou que não precisava, alegando segurança de roubo etc. Conversamos com o gerente Marcelo que foi muito fraco em nossa defesa de consumidor. A impressão que ficou é de que a Casas Bahia é conivente do ato indecente, inescrupuloso do vendedor! Tivemos que cancelar a compra. O vendedor despreparado e grosseiro ao de falar que minha esposa estava mentindo. Revoltante!!! A conduta do vendedor é passível de queixa no Procon.
Só descobrimos esse sanitizante por que não nos atenderam nossos direito de consumidor. ( Uma lâmpada que não estava acendendo). Lastimável.

The impression left is that Casas Bahia is conniving in the indecent, unscrupulous act of the seller! We had to cancel the purchase. The salesman unprepared and rude to say that my wife was lying. Revolting!!! The seller's conduct is subject to a complaint at Procon.
We only discovered this sanitizer because our consumer rights were not met. (A lamp that was not lighting up). pitiful.
