Minha irmã comprou um guarda-roupa e na última prestação disseram que o valor atualizado era R$ 60,00. Este foi pago. Um tempo depois mandaram um comunicado avisando que ela deve R$ 2.500,00. Ela já foi inúmeras vezes a loja e já ligou muito mas ninguém resolve. Cobranca indevida. Infelizmente terá que se acionar a justiça para resolver. Lamentável. Querem problemas? Recomendo as Casas Bahia para lhe dar muita dor de cabeça.
Unfortunately we don't have good experiences with this company. The attendants are good, however the company has no respect for the customer. My sister bought a wardrobe and in the last installment they said the updated value was R$ 60.00. This one has been paid. A while later they sent a statement warning that she owes R$ 2,500.00. She has been to the store numerous times and has called a lot but no one answers. Improper billing. Unfortunately, you will have to go to court to resolve this. Unfortunate. Want trouble? I recommend Casas Bahia to give you a lot of headache.
