★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a terrible experience for me and my girlfriend! We researched refrigerators and went to Casas Bahia just to pay and arrange the delivery: we already knew exactly what we wanted. The "salesman"--he has no power to negociate and didn't know anything about the product--told us to download the app because it would be cheaper. It was about $300 less than the in-store price. We spent almost one hour downloading the app and registering with the company. We finally were able to register but our delivery address was already registered in the app but the address was wrong!! Casas Bahia refused to change the delivery address after we had paid, so we had to cancel the payment. After two hours spent we have NO REFRIGERATOR and now we have a problem to resolve with the bank! Casas Bahia is the worst!!! Don't go here or spend any money! You will be disappointed!!
