Não disponibiliza contato, compra pelo site para retirada simplesmente não funciona como promete, propaganda enganosa! Faz 12 dias que espero pelo meu produto, que no site dizia estar disponível após a aprovação do pagamento em 2 horas. 2 horas que hoje são 12 dias!!!! Ninguém resolve nada pelo atendimento 24 horas do WhatsApp que é da rede geral da loja, só pedem pra aguardar. Se eu quisesse esperar tudo isso de tempo eu teria comprado pra receber em casa, e n pra retirar o mais rápido possível. Péssimo! Vou voltar a comprar na Casas bahia com certeza, mas não em pau dos ferros. Um horror!
* Depois de muita procura por uma solução, cheguei até o gerente da loja Samerson, que prontamente resolveu o meu problema, com muita rapidez e educação, obrigada pelo atendimento e por resolver de verdade o problema. Se chegar a ir até a loja será com toda certeza pra ter esse atendimento que tive hoje. Obrigada! *
Terrible experience!
No contact available, purchase through the site for withdrawal simply does not work as promised, false advertising! I've been waiting 12 days for my product, which on the website said to be available after payment approval within 2 hours. 2 hours which today are 12 days!!!! Nobody solves anything through the 24-hour WhatsApp service that is part of the general store network, they just ask to wait. If I wanted to wait all this time I would have bought it to receive it at home, and not to pick it up as soon as possible. Terrible! I'll go back to shopping at Casas bahia for sure, but not on a stick. Horrible!
* After a lot of searching for a solution, I got to the manager of the Samerson store, who promptly solved my problem, very quickly and politely, thank you for the service and for actually solving the problem. If I go to the store, it will be for sure to have the service I had today. Thanks! *
