R depois sem a pessoa pedir eles coloca no contrato seguro de vida,assistência técnica,tudo sem falar com o cliente.
I don't like the system that Casa Baia works.
They advertise the product for a price.
R later, without the person asking, they put life insurance, technical assistance in the contract, all without talking to the customer.
