O serviço de entrega e montagem é horrível! Comprei um sofá e me deram o prazo de 3 dias úteis para entrega. No terceiro dia útil liguei 2 vezes na loja e me garantiram que o sofá seria entregue no prazo e não foi! Total desrespeito com o consumidor! Além disso, os canais de comunicação da loja como telefone e Whatsapp são de difícil acesso. É necessário paciência e insistência para conseguir contato.
The experience is satisfactory until the purchase of the product. The store's service is more or less. The store does not respect the delivery time of the product. The delivery and assembly service is horrible! I bought a sofa and they gave me a deadline of 3 working days for delivery. On the third business day I called the store 2 times and I was assured that the sofa would be delivered on time and it wasn't! Total disrespect for the consumer! In addition, the store's communication channels such as telephone and Whatsapp are difficult to access. It takes patience and insistence to get in touch.
