Primeiro você fica numa fila por conta da pandemia, até aí tudo bem. Na medida que vai saindo clientes você não pode entrar, tem que esperar os funcionários pararem de conversar para te chamar, quando você entra, enquanto você tenta avaliar os produtos e escolher a atendente some...
Depois que escolhemos, aí surge alguém do nada para te dar um código, como se você tivesse sido atendido por aquela pessoa. Fala sério! Já fui em várias Casas Pedro e só nessa o cliente trabalha para beneficiar o funcionário.
Para quem disso, todos muito pouco cordiais. Detesto ir fazer compras com alguém me apressando.
Não volto mais.

After we choose, someone comes out of nowhere to give you a code, as if you had been answered by that person. Speaks seriously! I have already been to several Casas Pedro and only in this one the client works to benefit the employee.
For whomever, all very unfriendly. I hate to go shopping with someone rushing me.
I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja em duas oportunidades. Na primeira, estava cheia, os atendentes completamente perdidos, pegavam mais de um pedido, uma completa desorganização. Dei mais uma chance, na segunda vez, embora a loja estivesse vazia, os atendentes estavam de "papo furado" na hora do serviço e isso acarretou uma fila com a loja vazia. O cliente não é prioridade. Se puder, vá à filial da Rua da Conceição.
I've been to the store on two occasions. At first, it was full, the attendants completely lost, taking more than one order, a complete disorganization. I gave it one more chance, the second time, even though the store was empty, the attendants were "bullshit" at the time of service and this resulted in a queue with the store empty. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência nesta casa de produtos alimentícios foi muito boa, apesar de pequena no tamanho em relação a outras que conheço, o atendimento foi gigante. Cumprindo as recomendações sanitárias da pandemia, aferindo temperatura e utilizando o álcool em gel, fila para adentrar. Mas vale a pena pois as delícias oferecidas boa deixam satisfeito. Loja sortida de produtos, bem organizada, limpa, e pessoal de parabéns pelo atendimento.
