★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços bons, porém a entrega demora (excede o prazo previsto e te pedem pra ligar pro depósito) e quando chega, você ainda tem que ligar pra um número que te dão para marcar a montagem em outro dia.
Good prices, but the delivery takes time (exceeds the deadline and they ask you to call the deposit) and when it arrives, you still have to call a number that give you to set up another day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um armario e expliquei minha situacao que estava com urgencia na montagem e nao vi retorno ou interesse fica so adiando a montagem isso e revoltante pq eu ja liguei pra montagem e ligo na loja e ninguem atende........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente estou sendo cobrada por uma pessoa da loja (cobrador) muito mal educado, fez a mim ameaças de tomar minhas coisas por causa do atraso, sendo que isto por lei é ilegal, nunca foram na minha casa para me parabenizar por pagar em dias coisa que já fiz e muito, mas na hora do atraso esse cobrador até ameaçar meu pai de morte fez! Deixo aqui minha indignação e que a empresa será processada por danos morais. Posso esta devendo a loja, irei pagar, mas nada da o direito de eu ser tratada como uma criminosa!
Recently I am being charged by a person from the store (collector) very rude, made me threats to take my things because of the delay, and this is illegal by law, they never went to my house to congratulate me for paying in bad days. I already did and a lot, but at the time of the delay this collector even threatened my father with death did! I leave here my indignation and that the company will be sued for moral damages. I may owe the store, I will pay, but nothing gives me the right to be treated like a criminal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência na loja Superlar da Paissandú. Compramos e excederam o prazo de entrega em mais de uma semana. Além do mais nos deram um número para montagem, sendo que o montador não atende as ligações, visualizou no whatsapp e não responde. O outro número nem chega a chamar, só mensagem de inexistente. Pior que a vendedora nem se disponibiliza a resolver o problema. Péssima compra. Quem quiser evitar dor de cabeça compre em outro local. Ainda hoje aguardamos a solução com mais de duas semanas após a compra.
Poor experience at Paislar's Superlar store. We bought and exceeded the delivery time by more than one week. In addition they gave us a number to assemble, and the assembler does not answer the calls, viewed on whatsapp and does not respond. The other number doesn't even call, just a nonexistent message. Worse than the seller is not even willing to solve the problem. Poor purchase. Who wants to avoid headache buy elsewhere. We are still looking forward to the solution more than two weeks after purchase.
