Pra mim vai ficar só a lembrança do mais gostoso cachorro quente do Recife.
I remember when I was young and I was always snacking on the cascade, but today I went there and it was the biggest disappointment, the traditional hot dog, cold and tasteless, they removed the cane juice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito antigo, ia quando criança. Tem esse nome pois tinha uma parede com uma chapa de alumínio ondulada refrigerada que descia o caldo de cana gelado numa linda cascata.
Very old place, went as a child. It has that name because it had a wall with a refrigerated corrugated aluminum plate that descended the frozen sugarcane juice in a beautiful waterfall.
