NAO LEME NADA PRA ARRUMAR NESSA "empresa" fizeram o concerto da minha bomba sodramar, e depois de 3 semanas queimou novamente! tenho mais 2 bombas que sao usadas diariamente em perfeito funcionamento e alegaram que nao dariam garantia! se nao sabem trabalhar , pelo menos nao façam os outros de palhaço!
 TERRIBLE !!! NO RULER NOTHING TO SET UP IN THAT "company" they did the concert of my sodramar bomb, and after 3 weeks it burned again! I have 2 more pumps that are used daily in perfect operation and claimed that they would not give a guarantee! if you don't know how to work, at least don't make other people a clown!

Sem contar que entre as empresas que cotamos eles apresentaram o melhor orçamento.
I'm a condominium syndicator and we needed a company to fix two water pressure pumps plus the fire pump. We were surprised by the excellent service provided by CASE Pumps. Super educated and specialized professionals giving total confidence to hire the service. Not to mention that among the companies we quoted they had the best budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorados par dar orçamento. Quando ligava claramente nao sabiam o que tinha acontecido com a bomba que levei, cheguei a pensar que haviam perdido, deu toda a impressao. No fim orçamento caro demais, praticamente o preço de uma bomba nova. Nao gostei. Entreguei um motor que funcionava e somente tinha um vazamento, me devolveram o motor travado. Lamentavelmente fui perceber tempo depois senao teria reclamado na hora

In the end too expensive budget, practically the price of a new pump. Did not like. I delivered an engine that worked and only had a leak, they returned the engine locked. Unfortunately, I realized some time later, otherwise I would have complained at the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia. Nao recomendo servicos de assistência tecnica. Levei um motor novo que havia comprado para realizar a troca da bomba de piscinas igui do motor velho queimado para o novo motor.. Liguei no local antes para me informar sobre o prazo e uma estimativa previa. Fui bem atendido e tudo certo com a entrega do motor , na retirada fui informado que alem das duas pecas previstar para trocar devido a desmontagem houve a nescessidade de trocar a carcaca inteira da parte da bomba, nao me cobraram a peca pois era uma peca de sucata que estava na loja, mas achei estranho o procedimento e forma como foi tratado. Instalei o motor e deu vazamento de agua. Tive que voltar o motor para retrabalho. Motor foi testado na loja e tbm apresentou vazamento devido a desalinhamento na montagem da bomba em relacao ao motor. Em resumo o servico que foi realizado de montagem nao foi realizado correto e pior de tudo nao testaram antes de entregar na primeira vez. Fiquei muito decepicionado pois tivd que me deslocar 3 vezes ate a loja durante horario comercial, no dia que deixei o motor pela segunda vez nao me passaram informacao alguma , eu tive que ligar pra saber como estava e quando iriam devolver. Enfim nao recomendo

I was well attended and everything was ok with the delivery of the engine, in the withdrawal I was informed that in addition to the two parts provided to change due to disassembly, there was the need to change the entire casing on the part of the pump, they did not charge me for the part because it was a spare part. scrap that was in the store, but I found the procedure and the way it was treated strange. I installed the engine and there was a water leak. Had to return the engine for rework. Engine was tested at the store and also had a leak due to misalignment in the pump assembly in relation to the engine. In summary, the assembly service that was performed was not performed correctly and worst of all, they did not test before delivering the first time. I was very disappointed because I had to go to the store 3 times during business hours, on the day I left the engine for the second time I was not given any information, I had to call to find out how it was and when they would return it. Anyway I don't recommend
