★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi o pior negocio que fiz na vida só me deu dor de cabeça e estresse nem a atendente da loja nem a responsavel pela fábrica teve o menor respeito e consideração pela clientela... Fiz meu pedido dia 11 de junho me deram um prazo de 8 dias uteis,o prazo se encerrou fui cobrar a atendente garantiu que seria a terça seguinte(uma semana depois),quando chega na segunda terça ligo inumeras vezes e ninguém atende,vou lá e ela diz que o telefone estava quebrado e mais uma vez garante pra terça seguinte...Quando se encerra o prazo ligo pro celular pessoal dela e ela nunca atende,não retorna e nem dar satisfação...Vou lá novamente e ela diz que ficou pronto e garante a entrega dia seguinte,passo o dia todo esperando e nada...Vou lá dee novo e peço o telefone da responsável da fabrica,sendo que seria mais outra a nem atender o telefone...Nisso o prazo que seria de 8 dias completou um mes hoje de pedido e ainda não recebi e não acredito mais em nenhuma garantia pois foram inúmeras vezes que deixei de fazer minhas coisas e ficava em casa esperando e nem ao menos pra ligar pra dar satisfação ou pelo menos atender o telefone...Pensei que sairia barato fazer o pedido de fábrica mas fazer pedido a quem não tem responsabilidade e não se preocupa em agradar o cliente só traz dor de cabeça...No final das contas só tive prejuizo,prejuizo em passagem pra ir até lá,prejuizo em remedio pra conter o estresse e dor de cabeça e prejuizo em tempo...

I go there again and she says she was ready and guarantees delivery the next day, I spend all day waiting and nothing ... I go there again and ask for the phone of the person in charge of the factory, and it would be another one not to even answer the phone ... In that period, which would be 8 days, completed a month of order today and I still haven't received it and I don’t believe in any guarantees anymore because they were numerous Sometimes I stopped doing my things and stayed at home waiting and not even to call to give satisfaction or at least answer the phone ... I thought it would be cheap to place the factory order but order it from those who have no responsibility and no worries about pleasing the customer only brings a headache ... In the end I only had damage, damage in passing to go there, damage in medicine to contain stress and headache and damage in time ...
