★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só pensam neles e em como tirar mais dinheiro do cliente, nem mesmo na pandemia tiveram a sensibilidade de remover juros(sim, juros, não estou falando de pedir desconto) por atraso de parcela. Não recomendo.
They only think about them and how to get more money from the customer, not even in the pandemic they had the sensitivity to remove interest (yes, interest, I'm not talking about asking for a discount) for delayed installments. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa empresa, que não merece 1 estrela sequer, dada a qualidade do Atendimento, tempo de resposta e descaso. Menção honrosa a GERÊNCIA de VENDAS (Christina) que completou nesta data 45 dias sem dar retorno sobre questão levantada. Avaliação completa em breve, em todas as plataformas possíveis, mas já fica o registro do tamanho da insatisfação até o momento. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.
Terrible experience with this company, which does not deserve a single star, given the quality of service, response time and neglect. Honorable mention to SALES MANAGEMENT (Christina) who completed 45 days on this date without giving feedback on the issue raised. Full evaluation soon, on all possible platforms, but the size of the dissatisfaction is recorded so far. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, meu apto foi entregue pelos inquilinos imundo e o piso vinilico cheio de riscos. Fora outros problemas. Em todos a Castan apenas se defendeu e em alguns ainda nos repassou a culpa.
Ao reclamar com a direção de locação da imobiliária recebi um e-mail me dizendo que se não quisesse nenhum dano no apto não deveria ter alugado.
Definitivamente não recomendo, o atendimento é muito ruim não há respaldo algum, o locador está sempre errado.
Antes de fazer negócio com essa imobiliária verifiquem os antecedentes no Reclame Aqui. Infelizmente eu não fiz isso e me arrependo.
Terrible service, my apartment was delivered by the filthy tenants and the vinyl floor was full of scratches. Aside from other problems. In all of them, Castan only defended himself and in some he even passed on the blame.
When I complained to the property's rental direction, I received an email telling me that if I didn't want any damage to the apartment, I shouldn't have rented it.
Definitely not recommend, the service is very bad there is no support, the landlord is always wrong.
Before doing business with this real estate company, check the background on Reclame Aqui. Unfortunately I didn't and I regret it.
