★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento inicial foi tranquilo, mas o pós venda, resolução de problemas via gerência e prazo de entrega nos deram muita dor de cabeça. Não oriento a compra pelo pós venda péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa para computador que veio danificada, o que foi verificado pelo montador que demorou 3 semanas para vir fazer o serviço de montagem... Demoraram 20 dias para trocar o móvel e "esqueceram" de enviar alguém para montar... Mesmo eu mandando mensagem todos os dias para o WhatsApp da loja perguntando quando enviariam montador... Semana passada resolveram responder as mensagens dizendo que "estariam enviando ao setor responsável"... Resolvi a situação vendendo a mesa desmontada pela metade do preço... Um absurdo! Pior loja de móveis de Ananindeua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior negócio que já fiz na minha vida foi comprar um guarda-roupa nesta loja, demoraram para entregar, demoraram para montar e quando o montador veio foi detectado peças trocadas e marcas de baque.
Não recomendo pra ninguém essa loja. A pior pós venda, a pior gestão, gerente não resolve nada só enrola com prazos e mais prazos.
Fica o desabafo.
Edit 1: comprei o guarda roupa 29/11 e até hj estou sem solução só sendo enrolado.
Obs: as peças certas foram pra um outro cliente.

No dia 20/04/2019 compramos uma mesa com quatro cadeiras no castanheira moveis prime do Shopping Metrópole de Ananindeua no valor de R$ 1.699,00 onde desde então estamos encontrando muitos transtornos como, emissão da nota fiscal somente no dia 30/04/2019 após o meu contato com a loja, entrega ultrapassou o prazo determinado pela loja sendo entregue após 05 dias uteis como informado pelo atendente na hora da venda, atraso para envio de montador após os 07 dias uteis determinados pela loja o qual também identificou avarias como tampo da mesa estourado e cadeiras estouradas onde o montador também acabou danificando outras peças na montagem o qual no mesmo momento foi informado ao gerente de vendas Santos, no mesmo momento mediante mensagens via whatsapp com fotos, fomos informados que deveríamos aguardar 30 dias para reposição, ok foi cumprido o prazo e após 29 dias recebemos as peças para reposição vale ressaltar que mais uma vez recebemos um prazo de 07 dias uteis para envio do montador e até o momento não fomos atendidos pela jola referida, solicitamos a resolução imediata do problema pois caso contrário estaremos levando todas as documentações para o PROCON para formalizar uma reclamação pelos transtornos causados pela castanheira moveis prime do Shopping Metrópole de Ananindeua onde nos eramos clientes o que certamente após essa experiência horrível não seremos mais.
