Em algumas visitas, notei que as funcionárias se distraem fofocando e não prestam atenção nas crianças.
Recentemente, a cuidadora do berçário comentou com o pai do meu filho que ele estava recebendo tapas de outra criança, como se isso fosse legal e aceitável.
Aumentam a mensalidade sem nenhuma justificativa administrativa ou estrutural.
