I made a purchase I asked for installments in 5 times when checking the invoice day after the installment had been done in 2x I was bored for days and being rolled up to solve the problems. When talking to an acquaintance the same had been done to him. DISAPPOINTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei as 10h da manhã perguntando o preço de um produto, me informaram, e combinei de ir comprar na hora do almoço. Quando cheguei no local às 13h30, a vendedora me passou um preço diferente, muito mais caro e tentou me vender uma marca diferente da que combinamos pelo preço previamente informado. Quando falei sobre a ligação fui informada que era uma promoção que havia acabado. Na minha opinião a loja agiu de má fé comigo, me informando um preço mais barato por telefone apenas para me atrair pessoalmente e tentar me vender a outra marca. Quando virei as costas a vendedora voltou com a promoção na hora, se eu pagasse no dinheiro. Eu estava com uma lista de materiais pra comprar na loja além daquele que eu havia perguntado, mas a loja perdeu a venda por conta desta atitude. Não volto mais lá.
I called at 10 am asking for the price of a product, they informed me, and agreed to go shopping at lunchtime. When I arrived at the place at 1:30 pm, the seller gave me a different price, much more expensive and tried to sell me a different brand than the one we agreed on at the price previously informed. When I talked about the call, I was informed that it was a promotion that was over. In my opinion the store acted in bad faith with me, informing me of a cheaper price over the phone just to attract me personally and try to sell me the other brand. When I turned my back, the saleswoman came back with the promotion on the spot, if I paid in cash. I had a list of materials to buy in the store in addition to the one I had asked, but the store lost the sale because of this attitude. I'm not going back there anymore.
