★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza horrível. Não foi entregue o refrigerante, ligamos na pizzaria a atendente foi extremamente grossa e mal educada, usou palavras de baixo calão e não resolveu o meu problema! Nota zero!!
 Horrible pizza. The soda was not delivered, we called in the pizzeria the attendant was extremely thick and rude, used bad words and did not solve my problem! Zero score !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o que acontece nessa pizzaria, tem dia que a pizza vem uma delícia e tem dia que vem queimada, massuda, soltando farinha... Sempre peço a promoção da pizza tamanho família (10 pedaços) e hoje, pela 2° vez, a pizza veio errada no tamanho gigante (08 pedaços). Entrei em contato com a atendente e nada foi resolvido. Enfim, menos um cliente!
I don't know what happens in this pizzeria, there are days when pizza is delicious and there are days when it is burnt, doughy, dropping flour ... I always ask for the promotion of family size pizza (10 pieces) and today, for the 2nd time, the pizza came wrong in the giant size (08 pieces). I contacted the attendant and nothing was resolved. Anyway, less a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no sábado por volta das 20:00h. Previsão de entrega era p/ 20:40. Deu 21:00h e não foi entregue, liguei no estabelecimento e perguntei se poderia retira-la, estava a 1km da pizzaria, fui informado que poderia chegar no local e pegar o pedido 6 com o motoboy. Fui lá atoa, pizza já tinha saído, sendo que liguei era 21:00 e disse que estaria pronta por volta das 21:15, e a previsão do aplicativo era 21:38. Ou seja, falta de respeito, atendente não soube conversar de forma objetiva. Pessoal muito despreparado.
I placed an order on Saturday around 20:00. Delivery forecast was at 20:40. It was 21:00 and it was not delivered, I called the establishment and asked if I could pick it up, it was 1km from the pizzeria, I was informed that I could arrive at the place and take order 6 with the courier. I went there for a while, pizza had already left, and I called it was 9:00 pm and said it would be ready around 9:15 pm, and the application forecast was 21:38. In other words, lack of respect, the attendant did not know how to talk objectively. Very unprepared staff.

O mais chocante foi que liguei pra reclamar e me disseram que era só eu enviar a pizza que eles trocavam. Eu preferi pedir outra coisa em outro local do que gastar dinheiro mandando uma pizza de volta pra receber outra, já que não tem higiene. Perdi o apetite naquele dia.

The most shocking thing was that I called to complain and was told that I would just send them the pizza they exchanged. I preferred to order something else elsewhere than spend money sending a pizza back to get another one, as there is no hygiene. I lost my appetite that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kkkkk o atendente me pediu pra aguardar um instante, fiquei quase 10 minutos escutando um povo brigando e um cachorro latindo kkkk. Depois da espera pra ser atendida uma moça até simpática anotou meu pedido. Agora qndo vi a pizza nem senti vontade de tirar da caixa, a aparência era muito feia. O sabor muito ruim, somente uma camada de massa uns fiozinhos de peito de frango e umas poucas gramas de mussarela, ah e o cheddar da pior qualidade possível. Infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência.
Kkkkk the attendant asked me to wait a moment, I was almost 10 minutes listening to a people fighting and a dog barking kkkk. After waiting to be attended to, an even nice girl took my order. Now when I saw the pizza I didn't even feel like taking it out of the box, it looked very ugly. The taste is very bad, just a layer of dough, a little chicken breast and a few grams of mozzarella, oh and the worst quality cheddar possible. Unfortunately it was not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMOS! Pedimos uma pizza às 20h e ela só chegou às 23h, mesmo com as constantes ligações cobrando posicionamento. Um ABSURDO esperarmos três horas por uma pizza tão cara e ela ainda chegar fria, dura e sem sabor. O mais patético é que ainda corre o risco do estabelecimento vir dar uma má resposta, pois já foram mal educados com outros nos comentários. Simplesmente não conseguem reconhecer o péssimo serviço. Não voltarei a comprar e não recomendo a ninguém!
TERRIBLE! We ordered a pizza at 8pm and it only arrived at 11pm, even with the constant calls demanding placement. It's ABSURD to wait three hours for such an expensive pizza and it still arrives cold, hard and tasteless. The most pathetic thing is that there is still the risk that the establishment will give a bad answer, as they have already been rude to others in the comments. They just can't recognize the poor service. I will not buy again and do not recommend to anyone!
