Sábado, às 14h +-...Me perguntaram onde moro, expliquei...A resposta foi que hj não poderiam entregar nesse endereço pois o funcionário havia chegado muito cedo na lj,tinha ido ao CEASA fazer compras e por esse motivo já tinha ido embora...Moro na Vila da Penha, próximo à Rua Inspiração...Me parece que a pessoa que estava entregando viria de bicicleta,o outro costuma trazer de carro...Mesmo assim é absurdo...Falta de organização da administração... Está perdendo dinheiro...Se eu fosse o dono viria pessoalmente entregar,fosse de bicicleta,carro...Enfim... Lamentável...
My complaint is about the delivery service...I called today asking for a... Saturday, at 2 pm +-...I was asked where I live, I explained...The answer was that today they couldn't deliver to that address because the employee had I arrived at the lj very early, I had gone to CEASA to shop and for that reason had already left... I live in Vila da Penha, close to Rua Inspiration... It seems to me that the person who was delivering would come by bicycle, the other usually bring it by car... Even so, it's absurd... Lack of organization in the administration... It's losing money... If I were the owner, I would come personally to deliver it, whether by bicycle, car... Anyway... Regrettable ...
