Burocracia para saber a rua do imóvel que está em locação, pois sou de outra cidade e só de saber o nome da rua iria me ajudar muito, mas pelo visto não precisam de clientes pois devem ter muitos além destes outros que "coincidentemente" deram nota baixa e reclamaram. Nem o básico fazem.
Apparently it wasn't just me....very bad experience. Bureaucracy to know the street of the property that is on lease, because I'm from another city and just knowing the name of the street would help me a lot, but apparently they don't need customers because they must have many besides these others that "coincidentally" gave a note down and complained. Not even the basics.

A imobiliária solicitou a devolução do imóvel, acionou o seguro fiança e não fez o desconto da multa que eles tinham que devolver, descobri após 3 meses quando entrei em negociação com a seguradora que a imobiliária não me repassou o valor da multa e o não abateu dos reparos.
A imobiliária se recusa a devolver a multa, todo dia recebo que eles vão devolver e não devolvem.
Estou entrando em ação junto ao Procon, por falta de retorno
