Qualquer dia vou pedir para puxar o meu histórico! Não vejo empolgação dos funcionários para mostrar e assim persuadir o cliente a comprar um produto! Sinceramente deixei de comprar no Castelo magazine devido ao mal atendimento!
I did not like the service, as some employees are investigating where I work and how long I have been buying at the Casa de Variedades de Ubajara! Any day I will ask to pull my history! I do not see the excitement of the employees to show and thus persuade the customer to buy a product! I honestly stopped buying at the Castle magazine due to poor customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa loja pela a manha,nao gostei do atendimento,entrei falei Bom dia,tem alguem pra me atender,veio uma vendedora,na hora de pagar o produto,pedie a senha da internet,disse que tinha a senha livre era pra mim pra perto da porta da entrada ,pra conectar a internet,ia fazer o pix,nao deu certo conectar a internet,disse a vendedora,todo cliente tem direito a senha do estabelicimento,e hoje usamos celular pra fazer pix,passar o cartao,quem mantem a loja aberta,e o salario dos funcionarios sao os clientes.
I went to this store in the morning, I didn't like the service, I went in and said Good morning, there's someone to help me, a saleswoman came, when paying for the product, ask for the internet password, she said she had the free password, it was for me near the entrance door, to connect the internet, I was going to do the pix, it didn't work to connect the internet, said the saleswoman, every customer is entitled to the establishment's password, and today we use cell phones to make pix, pass the card, who keeps it the store is open, and the salary of the employees is the customers.
