O meu amigo que cuida dos nos cachorros e um excelente profissional. E muito responsável E cuida dos animais como se fosse dele.

When we have any animal in our family, we have to take care of it even when it goes to the abode of God. We have two small dogs, where we take them to take their baths. My friend who takes care of the dogs and an excellent professional. He is very responsible and takes care of animals as if he were his.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, a profissional não respeitou a fila de atendimento, esperei por mais de 40 minutos o atendimento por conta de uma urgência e quando chegou minha vez, passaram outro cliente na frente, a justificativa foi que estava agendado para as 11h, primeiro o cliente chegou 11h35, nisso eu já esperava há 35 minutos, segundo eu liguei para agendar antes e me falaram que era ordem de chegada, por fim levamos o Pet em outro lugar na clínica veterinária 13 de maio e fomos atendidos na mesma hora.
Cliente maltratado não volta!!!
Too bad, the professional did not respect the service queue, I waited for more than 40 minutes for emergency care and when my turn came, another customer passed in front, the justification was that it was scheduled for 11am, first the customer it arrived at 11:35 am, I had been waiting for 35 minutes for this, according to what I called to schedule before and they told me it was a first-come, first-hand, we took the Pet elsewhere at the veterinary clinic May 13 and we were treated at the same time.
Mistreated customer does not return !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adotei uma gatinha e levei para passar em consulta de rotina na Clínica Castelo , a veterinária de plantão era Dra Amanda Prado, a mesma examinou e receitou dose inadequada de vermifugo para minha gatinha de 600 gramas, resultando em vômitos e diarreia constante. Quase perdi a gatinha, levei a gatinha em outra clínica que suspendeu imediatamente a medicação, passamos dias difíceis pois a gatinha era muito pequena e corria risco de morrer por erro médico. Entrei em contato com a Dra Mariana Perroni proprietária da clínica Castelo, solicitei que a mesma pudesse avaliar o ocorrido para que outros animais não sofressem, a mesma disse que iria conversar com a veterinária que atendeu a minha gatinha e iria me dar um retorno, como isso não aconteceu deixo aqui meu relato e indignação com a falta de amor e respeito para com o cliente. Fujam desse lugar!
I adopted a kitten and took it to a routine consultation at Clínica Castelo, the veterinarian on duty was Dr Amanda Prado, she examined and prescribed an inadequate dose of vermifuge for my 600-gram kitten, resulting in constant vomiting and diarrhea. I almost lost the kitten, I took the kitten to another clinic that immediately suspended the medication, we had difficult days because the kitten was very small and was at risk of dying from a medical error. I got in touch with Dr Mariana Perroni, owner of the Castelo clinic, I asked that she could evaluate what happened so that other animals would not suffer, she said that she would talk to the veterinarian who attended to my kitten and would give me a return, as that didn't happen, I leave here my report and indignation with the lack of love and respect for the customer. Run away from this place!
