Solicitei coleta de um pallet de papel embalado, com 20 pacotes.
o motorista se propôs a carregar para cima do caminhão, porém no transporte da empresa para o caminhão derrubou toda a carga e rasgou todas as embalagens. Na hora enviei foto do acidente para meu cliente e para a transportadora.
O caminhoneiro falou que não haveria problemas, que eles dariam um jeito na transportadora.
Horas depois meu cliente me liga dizendo que a culpa era da empresa que carregou o material danificado.
Isso é atitude de empresa amadora e de reputação muito duvidosa.
