Desde o início, me deram um baita desconto, inclusive organizaram a entrega do colchão para SP (estava me mudando) com frete grátis. Por conta da pandemia, tive que cancelar o produto, acabei tendo que pedir estorno, o qual foi prontamente atendido (sem ficarem tentando entregar crédito ou algo assim), e tudo organizado diretamente com o gerente através de seu telefone pessoal.
Não tenho como opinar sobre o produto, mas o atendimento (e principalmente o pós-venda, tão pouco valorizado no Brasil) é excelente.
I came here to praise the service of employees Jhony and Rafael. From the beginning, they gave me a huge discount, even organized the delivery of the mattress to SP (I was moving) with free shipping. Due to the pandemic, I had to cancel the product, I ended up having to ask for a chargeback, which was promptly answered (without trying to deliver credit or something), and everything was organized directly with the manager through his personal phone.
I have no opinion on the product, but the service (and especially the after-sales service, so little valued in Brazil) is excellent.

Ele coordenou todo o processo por Whatsapp num sábado e em poucos dias viabilizou a entrega. De nada adiantaria um produto de qualidade sem o cuidado no atendimento ao cliente. Parabéns à Castor.
I was very well attended by the seller Alex Alves when I needed to exchange products and purchase other items. Excellent service provided by Sunamita, always attentive and with clear explanations about what we were asking. Very good product. I did several researches before buying and I understood that this was the best cost-benefit on the market today.
I bought a double mattress and a queen mattress, both Premium GEL models. They were delivered well ahead of schedule.

Eu estava com medo de comprar um colchão novo, porque eu tinha sido enganada da primeira vez de uma outra marca e fomos comprar na Castor, compramos o colchão no dia 29/01/2022 (um sábado) e os atendentes me garantiram que ia chegar na segunda de manhã e, eu com medo estava desconfiada, mas simplesmente entregaram certinho na hora que garantiram que ia chegar e hoje estou sendo feliz com meu colchão novo!
I bought a mattress in this store and the attendants are simply VERY SIMPATIC and good people. I don't remember the girl's name, but she was super understandable with me and my mother. I was afraid to buy a new mattress, because I had been deceived the first time from another brand and we went to buy it at Castor, we bought the mattress on 01/29/2022 (a Saturday) and the attendants assured me that it would arrive Monday morning and I was afraid I was suspicious, but they just delivered right on time they guaranteed it would arrive and today I'm happy with my new mattress!
